Very sad through the first half without a doubt. It did start off pretty well, with Cai Yi (the Butterfly Demon that's married to Number 7) willing to sacrifice herself to Lady Poison to save Number 7. Ru shows up and comes to the rescue because really, we all know that Lady Poison wasn't going to save him. However, Lady Poison spiders up and is too much for Ru to handle. Good thing someone was there to put Lady Poison down.
DRUNKEN SWORD IMMORTAL FOR THE MOTHER FUCKING WIN!!!
Afterwards, Cai Yi then tells of how Number 7 saved her and him getting bitten by Lady Poison and her taking human form to take care of him and stuff, then uses her own True Spirit of 1000 Years of Awakening to give him 10 more years of life, but at the cost of her own.
Drunken Sword Immortal says it best when he says that this world has humans who are emotionless, yet a demon who can love.
Then the pendant that Drunken Sword found on the side of the road is discovered by Xiao and then Ah Nu's spirit calling for help comes through, so they go to the rescue on a flying calabash?
DAFUQ?
Anyways, they save Tang Yu and Ah Nu, but Drunken Sword Immortal is trippin'! Seems that the pendant of Ah Nu's is linked to him somehow, but we aren't clued in as to exactly how. Ru and Xiao get Drunken Sword Immortal to save them after the both were recovered, but not functioning.
That's what they all say....
Episode wraps with Ling'er still in the tower, but a bunch of green generic demons (?) approach, only to have her emit some kind of blast and then apologize to them for her scaring them! It's getting curiouser and curiouser....
