My love for wuxia and other Ancient Chinese Series is a pretty new thing for me. Before that, my "thing" was being into a bunch of Japanese stuff, but not the typical anime/manga otaku. Like I love Japanese indy rock, especially when it's a girl band kicking ass!
FLiP is one of those bands that you would love regardless of how you feel about female acts. Seriously, give them a listen, they rock!
Random side note: the lead guitarist resembles the joshi puroresura, Nanae Takahashi.
